Who is Eligible for Returns

  1. Return request submitted within 48 hours of order delivery.
  2. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags and packaging must remain intact.
  3. Custom-made corsets, intimate apparel, and final sale items are not eligible for return. These exclusions are clearly noted on product pages.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at info@curvycorset.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if applicable (e.g., for defective items).
Authorization: Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  2. Use a trackable shipping service and keep proof of shipment to ensure safe return of your item.
    After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For size or style exchanges, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us immediately at info@curvycorset.com with your order details and photos. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 days.
